Block Party
Would you like to have a block party at Grand Oaks? Block the street off, start the grill, and bring on the food! This is a great way to meet your apartment rental neighbors. So, bring any suggestions to the front office to get the ball rolling.
Satellite Dishes
Grand Oaks allows residents to have satellite dishes no larger than 18". Please have your installer report to front office to speak with a manager before installation. This could save you the cost of a re-install.
Does Your Auto Leak Oil?
If you have a car that is leaking oil, you need to take care of it ASAP. We will clean it the first time free of charge. However, the next occurrence will cost $30.
