Grand Oaks Rental Payment
Your Grand Oaks Magnolia home rentals rental payment is due on the first day of each month. A late fee will be charged if rent is paid after the fifth day of that same month. No exceptions. Make sure your address, along with unit address, is printed on your check. We accept several forms of payment:
- Checks
- Cashiers checks
- Money orders
- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express
Grand Oaks Security Deposit
A five hundred dollar ($500) security deposit is required before move-in date and is refunded on your move-out date. Conditions do apply.
Grand Oaks Pets
Two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for one to two pets and additional fee of a $150 for a third pet.
Maximum pets allowed 3.
All pets must first meet management's approval.
