The Woodlands apartment community tends to run higher in rental rates than the rest of the community, and you'll get little space for the amount you'll be paying. A Tomball apartment or Conroe apartment won't likely be offering you your own private backyard, surrounded by trees, 3 parking spaces, and a four-acre park.

Grand Oaks offers six different floor plans with a choice of three or four bedrooms. Each floor plan has between 1,300-2,077 available square feet (SF) of comfortable living, and each includes a 6x8 storage unit.
